The original sub shop was opened in Cranford, NJ and was called as “Dubs Subs”

A new operator took over and changed to the name to Sub-ology

Current team put in place
Enter Paolo and Lillian
Our Co-founders, Paolo and Lillian purchased the business and started marketing it as it appears today and introduced Sub-Oloby to Facebook
